Paid subscription does not work.

I paid for a 1 month subscription before trying the product. I cant get the paid subscriptions to download. Ive written to support three times. Each time they tell me to remove and reinstall and re-authorize. Same result each time cannot download.

I tried the 1 week free subscription and that works. I had only wished that I had tried the trial first before paying, because I do not like this app. I can run to the store faster than each paper downloads. The interface is terrible. Navigation is clunky. I just want my 9.99 back. Support says I need to contact itunes. Why? Its there product and it doesnt work
